Features

Application scope:
It is mainly used for spatter-free butt welding of wires and bars. When used for butt welding of solid bars, it can also realize the integrated function of welding and scraping and improve processing efficiency. Double forging butt welding technology is adopted, with automatic tempering function, and the welded joint has the characteristics of no porosity, cavity, slag inclusion, and compact structure. The welding speed is fast, and the welding tensile strength is close to or reaches the strength of the base metal. It can be used for the butt joint of copper-aluminum stranded wire, carbon steel rod, rebar, brass rod, chromium-zirconium copper rod, copper rod, and aluminum rod.
